Randly
Privacy policy
Randly is designed to make decisions without turning your choices into data.
1. The Randly iPhone app
The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, or a developer-operated online service. Lists, saved decisions, settings, and preferences are processed and stored locally on your device.
You can remove local information by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app.
2. Randly Plus purchases
Once Randly Plus is released, it will be offered as an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Randly will receive the entitlement needed to unlock Plus, but MYK will not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
3. Support email
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, provide support, protect the app, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information.
4. Sharing and retention
MYK does not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate email, with Apple for App Store transactions, when you ask us to share it, or when required by law. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal purposes.
5. Children
Randly is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account or collect decision content from the device.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you intentionally sent to us, subject to applicable law. Local app information remains under your control on your device.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Randly's features or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page.
For privacy questions or requests, use Randly support.
